90% of the time we do not sign a client up on a loan at the first appointment. We find we need time conduct the appropriate research to find the best structure and product.
Although this may change in the near future due to plans to continue the growth in our business, we have basically never advertised or cold called and have generated a huge amount of business through word of month and repeated business.
