I am pleased to be asked to write a reference for Loanworx who brokered for me the home loan I required for the purchase of my investment property in December 2005.
Loanworx orchestrated the entire loan approval process on my behalf, despite only two weeks notice due to a hiccup with my solicitors. Most impressively, Loanworx managed to obtain approval and co-ordinate settlement in time to avoid any penalties. This was a stressful period for me and I appreciated Loanworx keeping me regularly informed and updated on the loan approval progress at all times.
Furthermore, at settlement the lending bank made document errors resulting in increased settlement fees from my solicitor. Loanworx negotiated and organized on my behalf for my loan provider to reimburse me for these additional expenses.
Loanworx in particular was delightful to work with and provided me with a comprehensive analysis of my options and comparisons between lenders. I feel confident that Loanworx secured me the best loan for my needs in the market.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Loanworx to any prospective home buyer.

We have had quite a bit of financial advice in the past, but we have never had the service, dedication and help from anyone as much as we received from Loanworx. We were not an easy situation to deal with, most lenders would really think our situation was a bit too much to cope with (and I wouldn't blame them) but Loanworx kept persisting until they got a lender to fulfill our needs and we met their criteria. I can only thank Loanworx for their wonderful service and highly recommend Loanworx to everyone. In fact, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else!

I had Pauline come out to see me at work as I didn't have the time to duck out to speak to someone. She has been fantastic and especially since I was a potential first home buyer and had no idea where to start. She not only went through the details of different loans with me, Pauline also made me understand what a big commitment I was getting myself into. Since then I have never looked back and have always sent all my friends and family her way.

I recently visited Loanworx as I was looking to purchase my first property. Being a young woman and totally naive to the process of applying for a loan, I had encounted negative experiences with other consultants looking to profit from such inexperience. However, on my first visit to Loanworx I was relieved to find professionals that were not only happy to explain the entire process to me, but were also genuinely concerned about my personal circumstances and factored these individualities into the explanation process.
As I found out through our discussions and after all the figures had been completed and explained to me (contrary to previous advice), it was best for me to save some more money before continuing.
Now, thanks to Loanworx and being much more informed on the loan process, I am confident in my financial decisions and in Loanworx as a company. I have no doubt that if I were to have sought advice from any other company, they like the previous ones I had visited, would have suggested an expensive product to make the sale. I now know this would not be in my best interest.
I would recommend Loanworx to my family members and look forward to my next meeting and my financial future.
