One of Lei’s favorite career moments involved working with a young family over several months—improving their borrowing capacity after they were told they weren’t ready—until they finally secured the keys to their first home. Outside of broking, Lei is an avid learner who loves reading about psychology, decision-making, and personal development to better serve his clients. On sunny Melbourne days, you can find him spending time with family, going for a swim, or enjoying the outdoors. A fan of Forrest Gump, Jay Chou’s Rice Field, and chocolate brownies, Lei cites Charlie Munger as his dream dinner companion and finds constant motivation in Nike’s iconic mantra: “Just Do It.”

Working for quite a while with Neil has been a great experience especially dealing with some delay from my end finding the right property. He made the entire process extremely easy when it came down to processing the loan and giving some great options with different banks. He did an amazing job with my difficult self employed scenario that was not accepted by the major banks and also had the added complexity of finding a non major lender that would also accept a country location.
