As MD of Loanworx, Neil has a career of over 35 years in banking and broking and is from a commercial finance background. Neil has particular expertise in complex commercial and self-employed finance transactions for business owners or professional investors. This includes business purchase/restructures, equipment or vehicle finance and working capital needs. His services also extend to include all personal requirements of business owners and their families and to high net worth borrowers. Neil has plenty of experience in SMSF property investment and strategies to achieve this and is involved in private lending. He has an expert panel of professional partners experts in their own fields, that he can introduce you to if necessary to support you on your journey. There pretty much isn’t much Neil hasn’t seen in his broad career and is always up for a challenge and to look at the hard deals others may shy away from.
